(hereinafter referred to as RF 360 (Wuxi) is a wholly foreign company owned by RF360 Singapore Holding Co., Ltd. (incorporated by QUALCOMM and TDK in 2017). The headquarters of RF360 Singapore Holding Co., Ltd. is RF360 (Europe) Co., Ltd. located in Munich, Germany. RF360 (Wuxi) was formerly known as Epcos Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.. Founded in 2000, Epcos (Wuxi) currently has the aggregate investment totalling EUR394,800,000, covers an area of 35,000m2 and employs about 1,600 persons. It mainly produces surface acoustic wave components of mobile communication equipment, surface acoustic components of consumer electronics as well as surface acoustic components and modules of automobiles. Products have been sold in China and to foreign countries.
营业范围：开发生产声表面波元件和其它电子元件（不含限制类产品）；从事上述产品及电子产品、机械设备的批发、佣金代理（拍卖除外）、进出口业务（以上商品进出口不涉及国营贸易管理商品，涉及配额、许可证管理商品的，按国家有关规定办理申请。）；提供技术咨询、技术服务及社会经济咨询服务；自有厂房和设备的出租（以上不含国家禁止、限制类项目，如需许可证凭有效许可证明经营；以上涉及租赁业务限30年）。许可项目：发电业务、输电业务、供（配）电业务（依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后方可开展经营活动，具体经营项目以审批结果为准）
